Everyday Stress Relief
The Soothing Bath
The Little Things

The soothing relaxation of a warm bath is hard to beat. Herbal baths using essential oils are wonderful for massaging strained and tired muscles and melting away the stress of the day.

How do they work? Warm water slowly releases the different scent molecules which are detected by the olfactory nerves in the nose and sent to the brain, which have an immediate effect on the chemicals being injected into the body. Viola! Cozy Comfort and Relaxation for your Body, Mind and Spirit.

SOAK AWAY YOUR STRESS WITH AN AROMATHERAPY BATH

PREPARATION
A fluffy towel, Aromatherapy Candles, Healing Bath Salts, body lotion or oil, Body Mist, soft music and a good book.

DRAW YOUR BATH
Use warm water (around 105° Fahrenheit) will feel the most relaxing.

DIM THE LIGHTS
Light a couple of aromatherapy candles and let their glow dissolve your anxieties.

RELAX
A bath allows you to recline, giving the muscles in your feet, legs and back a chance to rest. Use a bath pillow to keep the strain off your neck and back.

BREATHE DEEPLY
Add a capful of our aromatic Healing Bath Salts to your running water, sit back, breathe deeply and inhale the soothing aroma.

PREVENT DEHIDRATION
Don't stay in too long. After about 15-20 minutes, dry off and apply body lotion or oil to lock in moisture. Then spray on some of our Aromatic Body Mist and take the peaceful sent of your bath with you.
