Homebound Friends is an innovative, comprehensive and compassionate in-home Caregiver Service provided by licensed massage therapists, so we can impart the power of healing touch to the home-bound individuals, their family members, and their caregivers, or Certified Caregivers by the State of AZ so we can impart caring and compassion into daily Caregiver Services.

We understand so we are here for you, your loved ones, your clients and your patients whether they are experiencing:

• The Aging Process
• An Illness
• A Recent Surgery
• A Disability
• Exhaustion
• A Lonely Patch (returning Veteran with PTSD, a widower, loss of a child,etc.)

We understand and we are are here to enrich the life of the home-bound, despite of, and because of:

• Frailty
• Immobility
• Confusion
• Depression
• Poor Health

We understand that:

• The home-bound experience loneliness and lack of touch in their lives.
• The homebound have experienced a loss of some kind, be it their own vitality/health, or the death of a loved one, etc... they feel alone.

We understand you are busy and you can feel overwhelmed with all your concerns for your homebound loved one. We understand the homebound can feel alone and isolated so we provide "HF Visits" for both of you.

• Physical comfort/touch (hands, feet, legs, arms, neck & shoulders, neck/back massages)
• Companionship and conversation (designed to ignite positive emotions/moods)
• A favorite snack
• Their favorite music
• Luxuriating/soothing/relaxing/rejuvenating healing essential oils  
• A lighter environment

We understand caring for a parent, spouse or friend at home can be overwhelming. If you are like most caregivers you want to feel you are doing  everything you can  to provide the best care possible.  Plus, like many caregivers, you have other commitments including a job and additional family . You are busy, and you can feel overwhelmed with all your concerns. You are not alone, we can help!  The homebound are alone and can feel isolated so we provide HF Visits for both of you.

• Get Away 1 hour - $20 (self care for you in order to take care of yourself hours)
• Get Away 1 hour soothing/relaxing/rejuvenating respite Massages  - $90

We understand so we provide to the homebound Daily Activity Caregiver Services - 
Personal Care, Personal Assistant & Transportation Services - 1 hour $20

• In-home companionship
• Transportation (food shopping, Dr. Appts., haircuts)
• Task assistance (cooking , cleaning , mail)
• Out of home entertainment/trips (library, park, movie)
• Hygiene care
