Why tea? There are health

with tea and taking time to relax, meditate and focus
on oneself.
BREATHE
Take a slow, deep breath to control your breathing and
taking control of your stress. You can use your breathing
to help change your mood and stress level. Breathe slowly,
deeply and deliberately through the nose to furnish your
body with oxygen and help your body get rid of toxins.
ATMOSPHERE
Create a soothing atmosphere through the use of aromatherapy,
candles and music. Use scented candles with a fragrance
for your particular mood with relaxing music.
