Sewing Machine in good working condition and basic knowledge of its use.
Universal or quilting needles (80/11 or 90/14)
Extra Bobbins
1/4-inch foot Glass head straight pins (preferably 17/8" or 2" long) and pincushion/holder
Small pair of scissors/thread cutter/snips
Seam Ripper
White/Ivory/Gray or coordinating thread
Self-healing cutting mat, at least 18 X 24 inches
Rotary cutter (45 or 60mm) with fresh blade; a few Band-Aids (just in case)
Steam iron
Mary Ellen's Best Press/Fabric sizing or Starch in a squirt/spray bottle
Cushioned pressing mat (minimum 14" x 14")
Stiletto, preferably metal
Heat erasable marking pen (I prefer Pilot's Frixion pens)
Must have Rulers:
6" x 24" with grid/diagonal
Calling all Geese
4.5" square with grid/diagonal
6.5" Triangle square up
Triangle-in-a-Square set
